Please read the rules carefully.

Liability:

The guests are financially responsible for any damages resulting from improper use of the ’’Bozsoki Pihenő.” The host is not responsible for the belongings of the guests. The accommodation fee and the tourism tax can be paid at any time during your stay. However, on the day of arrival the guests have to inform the host how they would like to pay (cash, cards). On the day of arrival the guests have to give the owner their identification documents (ID, passport, driving licence). If identification documents aren’t provided the accommodation cannot be occupied.

If guests wish to leave the accommodation before the end of the reserved period, they aren’t entitled to any refund of the accommodation fee.

Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in time: between 14-22 pm Check -out time: until 10 am

From 10.pm to 7 am there is the period where one ask you to respect, and not disturb the host and his/ her neighbours and other guests in the house. We kindly ask our guests to inform us about their visitors in advance.

Smoking:

In every room and every common area of the building every kind of smoking is forbidden.  It is not allowed to fill every type of cigarettes or cigars including every electronic and other ones). The usage of incense is forbidden. Smoking is allowed in the yard but please consider the rights of other guests (downwind). Please put the cigarette ends into the ashtrays. We kindly ask you not to discard them.

 Making fire and cooking in the yard:

Fires can only be set in the designated place in compliance with the fire protection rules. You can only leave the fire place after the fire has been extinguished. You can only light a fire with matches, wood and paper. It is forbidden to burn garbage, plastic, rubber and etc.

Parking:

You can park in the yard, but please leave the road clear, so that every guest can access a parking space it without any problem. Please lock your car at night.

Usage of the furnishings/ equipment:

Please use the furnishings as intended. You can move the furniture and other equipment during your stay, but before leaving you must put them back in their original places. The furniture which is in the apartment is not allowed to be taken out to the yard. You can find chairs and benches which can be moved freely there.

For kids we can provide children’s beds, cots and the necessary linen. If you ask, we can have other equipment and board games available.

Cleaning:

The rooms are given to the guests clean and during your staying you are responsible for cleaning of the apartment. We provide all the cleaning tools for it. If your stay is longer than 10 days, you are entitled to a cleaning service and the change of linen and towels.

Collecting the litter:

In our accommodation we collect the rubbish selectively and we ask our guests to do it in the same way. We collect glass, recycling (plastic, metal cans, cartons (milk)) materials and paper selectively. All other rubbish can be put into the communal waste bin.

Heating: “Bozsoki Pihenő” has central heating,

Garden: The owner looks after the garden, please take care of the plants. In the yard there are many toys for the kids, they can use them subject to parental control and responsibility .Pets are allowed only with the permission of the host. Bringing pets on

the premises without prior announcement in a reservation is not allowed, and the apartment owner has the right to cancel the accommodation.

Others:

The host has the right to cancel the accommodation due to violation of house rules irresponsible behaviour. If someone disturbs the other guests’ rest, corrupts the public moral, behaves very loudly or constantly violates the rules, that person can be immediately banned from the accommodation. If someone continues this behaviour after warning, she/ he has to pay the damages caused by him/ her and he/ she has to leave the accommodation immediately. Of course, many things can go wrong in a room (no fault of the guests) Please inform the host in person or on phone immediately and in this way we can avoid any misunderstanding and any serious damage.

 Your stay in “Bozsoki Pihenő” is subject to your keeping house rules and having them kept by your family members too. Help us to help you. Thank you very much.
